1.Returns

If you wish to return a product, the process is simple and transparent. Send an email to returns@wibolux.com, including your order ID. A courier will come directly to collect the return at the address you provide us.

Your return request will only be accepted if it meets the following conditions:

-The request must be made within 14 days of the order delivery date.

-Make sure not to remove the labels and the round warranty tag from the garment.

-The returned garment must not show signs of wear or damage resulting from improper use or inadequate maintenance (such as washing with aggressive solvents, washing at high temperatures, washing in the washing machine rather than by hand, dry cleaning; in the case of garments with prints, we recommend washing them inside out).

-It is essential to insert the serial metal card together with all the packaging elements inside the package intended for collection.

WARNING: When the package is collected by the courier, please note that the serial code shown on the metal card contained inside will be disabled and, consequently, will lose its certification of authenticity. If your return is approved and you choose to receive a new product, we will send an updated metal card with a new serial number.

Before shipping, we want to reassure you that each of our orders is carefully checked to avoid manufacturing defects or other imperfections.

Upon arrival of the return, we will carefully examine the item to ensure that it complies with the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process the refund within 30 working days, using the payment method you originally chose. Please note that initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the return process is successfully completed. We remain at your disposal for any further questions or assistance.

2. Delivery times

– The Buyer will bear any shipping costs summarized in the checkout, including all ancillary costs (such as customs duties and packaging).

– The Seller’s liability ends when the courier takes over the package to be delivered to the Buyer. The Seller’s responsibility is limited to the final inspection of the garment before placing it in the package for shipment.

– Force majeure and other extraordinary events including: natural disasters, strikes, road accidents, are beyond the Seller’s control and may have a negative effect on the progress of the shipment, causing delays and other unforeseen events.

– The Seller undertakes to hand over the order to the courier in a maximum of 18 days

– When making the shipment, where possible, it will be possible to follow the status of the order via the tracking code sent by email to the buyer

-The delivery times of the order depend exclusively on the courier and not on the Seller.

-In some cases eg. large orders, the Seller may ship the goods in several parcels

-The following delivery times are purely indicative:

  • Italy: 2 to 5 working days
  • Europe: 3 to 10 working days
  • Extra UE: from 7 to 20 working days

3. Intellectual Property

The Wibolux® brand and all other brands, whether figurative or not, relating to our products, are the exclusive property of Vitulano Giuseppe. The total or partial reproduction, modification or use of such trademarks, illustrations, images and logos on any medium, without the prior express consent of Vitulano Giuseppe, is strictly prohibited.

It is prohibited to combine the aforementioned trademarks with other trademarks, symbols, logos or any other distinctive sign that could create a composite logo. Furthermore, the reproduction, modification or total or partial use of designs, models and patents exclusively owned by Vitulano Giuseppe is absolutely prohibited. These measures are taken to preserve the uniqueness and integrity of our brands and creations.

4. Cookie Policy

What is a cookie and what is it for? A cookie is a small file that is sent to the browser and saved on your device when you visit an internet site such as wibolux.com (“the site”). Cookies allow the site to function efficiently and improve its performance, and also provide information to the site owner for statistical or advertising purposes, mainly to personalize your browsing experience by remembering your preferences (for example, remembering the language and currency you have set, to recognize you on your next visit, etc.).

5. Conclusion of the Contract

-To conclude the purchase contract, it will be necessary to fill in the electronic form on the checkout page and send it by following the relative instructions.
– It contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, information on each product and the relative price, the means of payment that can be used, the methods of delivery of the products purchased and the relative costs of shipment and delivery, methods and times of return of purchased products.
– Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale including the information on the right to return and the processing of personal data (privacy policy).
– The contract is concluded when the seller receives the form filled in by the user, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein.
– To conclude the contract, the user must perform the last step for the success of the order. This will happen by clicking on the “PLACE ORDER” button at the end of the guided procedure.
– Once the contract is concluded, the Seller takes charge of the order for its fulfillment.

6. Warranty and commercial compliance

-The Seller is responsible for any defect of the products offered on the site, including the non-conformity of the articles with the products ordered.

-all return costs for defective products will be borne by the Seller.

7. Safeguard Clause

In the event that one of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is void for any reason, this will in no case compromise the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale.

8. Transfer of risk

-The risks relating to the products will pass to the purchaser from the time of delivery. The ownership of the products is considered acquired upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due in relation to the same, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if this occurs at a later time.

9. Methods of payment

-The site prices are inclusive of taxes, and include (where possible) shipping costs. Prices may vary at any time. The changes do not affect orders for which order confirmation has already been sent

-Once the desired products have been selected, they will be added to the cart. It will be sufficient to follow the instructions for the purchase, entering or verifying the information requested in each step of the process. Order details may be changed before payment

-Payment can be made by: Credit card, Klarna, PayPal

-Wibolux™ carries out shipments throughout the European and non-European territory by courier

– If 30 working days are exceeded from order confirmation but not managed by the courier, the Buyer can request a full refund of the order (including shipping costs)
